Making Your First Visit Hassle Free
Do you want to schedule your first appointment with our team at Sherbrooke Family Dental? We’re excited to hear from you! After you contact our dental office and find an appointment time that fits into your schedule, we ask that you review the following information, so you know what to expect during your visit. If you have any questions or concerns about dental insurance, our missed appointment policy, or any of the other topics listed below, don’t hesitate to reach out to us!
Your First Dental Visit
When you first visit our dental office, our front desk staff member will collect your new patient forms and guide you back to one of our examination rooms where you’ll meet your dental hygienist and dentist. They’ll collect X-rays of your mouth and go over your medical and dental history with you. After your professional cleaning, we’ll let you know if we spotted any issues and discuss possible treatments with you to get your oral health back on the right track. Before you leave, we’ll collect any payment necessary and schedule a follow-up appointment if you need one.
Online Patient Forms
Before you visit our dental office for the first time, we ask that you click on the link below to fill out our forms online. By filling them out at home ahead of your appointment, you’ll be able to save 10 to 15 minutes sitting in our waiting room.

Dental Insurance Welcome
At Sherbrooke Family Dental, we’re happy to accept dental insurance to make treatment more affordable. On the day you come into our dental office, we’ll submit a claim on your behalf to your insurance provider for coverage. Our team is great at maximizing benefits and knows what they’re doing, which will help you have a stress-free first experience. If you have any questions or would like to learn more about your specific plan’s coverage, don’t hesitate to reach out to our team!
Missed Appointment Policy
We reserve your appointment time especially for you, which is why we ask that you provide us with at least two business days’ notice for any changes or cancellations involving your appointment.
Alberta Fee Guide
We’re proud to make receiving dental care transparent and stress-free at our dental office, which is why we follow the Alberta Fee Guide published by the Alberta Dental Association & College. This contains a large menu of services, as well as their prices, so you don’t have to worry about being blind-sided with mysterious costs when you visit us!
